Customer Reviews

Beautoful experience. Though it was very nusy over the long weekend every staff member was friendly and assisted professionally - Igna Dougal

I bought my tickets online before getting to the venue as a way of guaranteeing a spot for me and my family on one of the trips of the day. My wife and daughter were too terrified though when we got there and just refused to go down. Seeing as is that I hadn’t collected our tickets as yet I had hoped I would be able to cancel and, at worst, pay a nominal cancellation fee. I was, however, notified by lady at the ticket “booth” that she couldn’t refund me anything since terms and conditions for online sales prohibited such and still proceeded to advice that she would have been able to refund me had I bought tickets for cash from her. I just felt that inconsistency was unfair especially given that that day was relatively quiet Given number of available spots when I booked our tickets earlier in the day. - Luthando Mtshaulana

It was awesome!!! We stayed over in graskop to do this on the way back from Kruger...well worth it... Very professional and an stunning experience! - Richard Kinloch

Absolute fantastic. - Scharl Briedenhann

We absolutely loved the experience! It was on a week's day so it was nice and quiet which means we basically had the gorge to ourselves. We also didn't take the lift back up, but opted to hike back up with the stairs. It is absolutely beautiful down there. Someone was definitely thinking when they decided to share that piece of beauty with the rest of us. The lift itself was very warm and stuffy. Other than that, an amazing experience. We will definitely be back soon! - Betsy Wall
